Rich is a New Jersey State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Licensed Title Producer. With over 15 years in real estate industry, he has wealth of experience and is still passionately learning. His valuation expertise has allowed him to train many now successful appraisers and become a profitable real estate investor as well.

Beyond his success as an entrepreneur, Rich serves as the Chairman of two Charitable Organizations; JAR of Hope and the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation. Rich is a family man, an avid NY Giants fan, enjoys playing golf, poker and competing in fitness races.


Jennifer Cunningham

Vice President of Business Development

Jennifer is currently the VP of Business Development for RMSTA. She joined the firm in 2006 looking for an opportunity to pursue a career in the real estate field and develop her desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment.

She had a successful 8 year career in medical sales and marketing and graduated from George Mason University with a degree in speech communication. Her communication skills helped her connect and secure clients for the firm in the market crash of 2008. She was the driving force behind RMS prospering in these troubled times. Throughout the crash, RMS grew its client base, revenues and profit. This is a testament to Jennifer’s hard work, determination and vision.

“Intense Jenny,” as she is known at RMS, is not only passionate about her business successes, but her family, traveling and fitness.


Lori Nunziata

Operations Manager, Title Division

Lori began her career with RMS in 2000 as lead appraisal processor. During her time in that position, appraisal volume grew dramatically and her tireless work ethic and attention to detail was a driving force. When management decided to open RMS Title Services in 2004, Lori was the perfect candidate to spearhead the project. She quickly immersed herself in all areas of title and being a quick learner has become an invaluable member of the title department.

Currently Lori serves as both the Senior Title Officer and Department Manager. Beyond managing the day to day operations, Lori is responsible for reading, closing and disbursements on all of our refinance transactions. Some of her other daily responsibilities include ordering payoffs, subordinations, preparation of preliminary CD’s, policy preparation, bookkeeping of multiple bank accounts and keeping her team happy with jars full of candy. It’s safe to say that multi tasking is one of her many strengths.

When Lori isn’t steering the title ship, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending quality time with her children and grandson.


Matthew Sutera

Vice President of Operations, Appraisal Division

Matthew Sutera is Vice President of Operations for the Appraisal Division. He manages a team of appraisers throughout New Jersey. Matt reviews appraisal reports and monitors quality control, turnaround times and client relationships.

He began working with RMSTA as an appraiser trainee in 2003 where he demonstrated an advanced knowledge of appraising at an accelerated pace. Matt accepted a position as part of the internal review team in 2005, which enabled him to gain the valuable experience necessary to thrive in his current role.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys making a mean dish, fitness and spending time with his wife and son.


Lisa Heim

Office Manager, Appraisal Department

Lisa has been with RMSTA for over 10 years and has worked in several roles for both the appraisal and title departments.

In 2007, she began her career as an administrative assistant and closer for the title department. Her work ethic and knowledge enabled her to transition to be a lead processor for the appraisal division, and ultimately be promoted to her current role as office manager and bookkeeper for RMS Appraisal. Lisa Graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Ocean County College.

When Lisa is not at RMS she enjoys watching her son play soccer and her daughter dance.


Andrew Hurley

Account Executive

Andrew combines his love of real estate with his skill on the golf course.

The former Division 1 golf captain for Monmouth University is a member of the New Jersey PGA and has worked at several golf clubs in New Jersey and Florida. Andrew’s excellent customer service orientation along with his business degree from Monmouth helps ensure satisfied clients.

When Andrew isn’t working, you can find him showing how business is done on the golf course.


Patty Schenk

Lead Paralegal

Patty joined RMS in 2009 and brought with her over 20 years of real estate paralegal experience. Patty has facilitated hundreds of purchase closings and works closely with attorneys, realtors and mortgage professionals to meet time sensitive deadlines. She is currently the head of our paralegal department and ensures all files are prepared correctly so our clients can enjoy a smooth closing. Patty brings an infectious energy to the office every day and is a vital member of our team.

Sheri Buhagiar


Sheri has been a real estate paralegal for 6 years. Her first experience began when she was hired by an attorney’s office with no formal experience. Being a quick learner and a hard worker, Sheri soon became their go-to real estate paralegal. She joined the RMS Team in 2015 and her professional demeanor and commitment to closing files has been a valuable asset.

Sheri is responsible for all facets of a purchase file, including reviewing the binder, clearing issues, obtaining payoffs and preparing HUD’s, preliminary CD’s and closing documents for settlement and disbursement.

In her spare time, Sheri enjoys boating, quilting and spending time with her family.

Robyn studied abroad in Australia at the Brookdale paralegal program. Her 15 + years of experience in the real estate and title insurance industry is well established.
